Bro jungtaek’s life story has me in shambles. Like as a baby he was already neglected by his mother, and it worsened when his baby brother got golden child treatment for being bio( the mother becoming exactly like the grandmother is so ironic), and because he had a speech impediment he got treated like a villain, every single adult in his life failed him. Sadly, he DID become a weirdo because of the way he was raised(basically self raised, did not work well), an obsessive weirdo but not a psychopath weirdo. He fell in love with the only person who showed him love, patience and compassion as a child, but had to keep it secret. I just feel like his whole life was a set up, no matter what he did, cssually everything was set up for him to be the villain, specifically this pyromaniac situation(idk why the hell would he burn the whole place down tbh), but there was never a single possibility for him to be believed, that he didn’t mean to hurt his brother, because in his mom’s eyes, he was always a villain; if he didn’t try to kill his brother, he still had ruined her life, this was her first real chance at “fixing” her life by kicking him out and ofc she took it. Overall I am genuinely so sad for him, yes he needs an insane amount of therapy to get other his mommy issues, learn to have healthy relationships and help his anxiety, but he is a good kid that nobody tried to love, and was abandoned the moment he was born. My baby💔
