They have a contractual arrangement. Kim Dan entered into it of his own free will, he was fully informed of the conditions, and even negotiated terms for it. Most importantly, he had the choice not to form the contract. It’s bad sex, but it’s still consensual sex.
We gotta stop this habit of labelling every form of sex you don’t like as rape in order to preserve the impact of the word. Sex doesn’t have to be enjoyable to be consensual in the same way that physically pleasing sex can still be rape.
saying âitâs only one instanceâ doesnt actually change the category of the act. If something meets the definition of non-consensual sex, then even once is still rape. quantity affects severity in terms of pattern or character behavior, but it doesnât downgrade what the act is .and im damn well sure of what im labelling. yes majority happend in said agreement but jjk is still an abuser who repeatedly ignored kd’s discomfort and boundaries.
