The protagonist is literally offered relief from sexual violence…through sex. Is the protagonist so naive that he doesn’t understand the trick? So, the climax is when his snake convinces him that he can exorcise the evil spirit…of course, because now the snake is actually having sex with him. This snake is then convinced that the protagonist loves it and can’t cum without it. This is pure psychological dependence, where a person is deceived, convinced of whatever benefits them.
