Im studying L&D and there are many reasons for why he likely isn’t still showing! First pregnancies as a starter don’t always “pop”/show until later in pregnancy if at all, torso length and core strength also play a role in the matter! Given how tall and toned he was prior to pregnancy it makes sense. Those aren’t the only factors though, general build, uterus position, placenta position and so on could also determine how little or much someone shows! And while I doubt it, especially since this is an omegaverse, it could be a pregnancy among the line/list of cryptic pregnancy 😀
