Summary
Kay, the quiet deputy captain of the guard in a remote, impoverished village, leads a peaceful and uneventful life – until the arrival of the Grand Duke Zigril shatters his world. Zigril is in pursuit of the legendary Alosha, a rare and mysterious bloom rumored to grant pregnancy to anyone who consumes it, regardless of age or gender. Drawn to Kay in a fleeting moment of desire, the Duke expects their encounter to be no more than a brief indulgence. But as Zigril finds himself unable to shake thoughts of Kay, their connection deepens in unexpected ways. kept reading on cuz of the eye candy (damn the ml’s one of the most gorgeous character i’ve ever seen!) but the mc’s so useless. naw like, if ur gonna make the eye candy obsessed with him, atleast show why it’s worth it! plus mc’s deputy soldier, so he should be cool in fights and have more cool…but he genuinly reminds me of “y/n” sometimes. so annoying…art is AWESOME, but story’s trash. ugh
